The weekend's weather is not looking wonderful, but still ok. Saturday is my main issue. I'd like to have my afternoon free so a morning ride would be the way to go. Unfortunately, the morning is going to start out with a temp of 9 degrees. That's just a smidge too chilly to put a few hours in outside, but I might brave it anyway.
Sunday is where it'll be at, though. I can start riding at 12:30 and go till 6pm if I want. I'm tempted too since it'll be nice weather, and an early season century is always a good idea. I may not make the full 100, but I'd like to put in a 5 hour ride. Anyone up for the challenge??

I might be in for a 2-3 hour ride on Sunday afternoon, but can't do an all day thing.
Just a reminder that Sunday starts Daylight Savings. Spring forward. Mon-Weds is looking really nice, so I assume the Wednesday night BM ride will start next week.
I'm in for 2-3-4 hours on Sunday, but 5 would guarantee the end of me. I'd like to live a little longer, if possible.
I think I could do 2 to 3 on Sunday so long as it's not ludicrous speed
I'll probably do 4+ both days, although it will most likely be gravel on Saturday depending on the weather.
Still a chance I might go to Clinton Lake to defend my 1st place finish at last years Race with the Devil, one of those "unimportant races" in Lawrence. (Did you catch that Matt N?).
at least you're not hung up on it, Shim.
And now the forecast for Sunday has dropped 5-10 degrees. So that sucks. I'll still ride a bunch, but will be cursing old man winter who just doesn't want to die.
count me in for sunday,
for saturday if its road otherwise no big deal.
Poolski! It'd be awesome if you joined us, but if we're going the distance, it's gotta be slow. Now if both you and Shim meet up with us, well, it may be just the 2 of you with us off the back.
shim email me your results and I'll get NCN to put them up, if you are that upset about it. I only had some info from Kent and the Psycowpath standings to work on. I didn't put that much in-depth research to it. Mainly I just wanted to show that we are an all encompassing group not wrapped up in results.

my plans:
Shabbos: inside at 7 or 7:30 for 2 or 2.5 hours.
Shabbos +1: I'm free for an afternoon ride, though not for 5 hours. 3-4 is more like it. Wind from the NW currently in the forecast, by the way.
