Actually, that post is how I feel when I'm on the coffee. I'll be completely steady and a little fatigued BC (Before Coffee), then wired and shaky PC (post coffee). I do need to get off the coffee though. Water would be better since I think I'm chronicly dehydrated. But I love the coffee shakes.

get off coffee? that's crazy talk. here, have more coffee to get your mind straight.

I've cut down to two cups a day. But if I really want to go for it, then its about the french press. Inky darkness, that stuff will rock you like standing on a banana peel with a jackhammer.

Coffee is how I have gotten through PT school so far. One 4 cup pot in the am and the same around 5-6pm. Or if I want to be spontaneous I'll use my 6 espresso shot espresso pot twice a day.

You all can shut the f*ck up. I know coffee and I know how to drink it.

I Own:
-a manual commercial grade Italian Espresso machine
-a manual personal use Spanish Espresso machine
-a Moka Pot
-Coffee Press
-multiple coffee machines

I Have:
-moderate to severe coffee headaches if I do not consume a cup or double-shot by at least 7:30am
-possibly stunted my growth (lie)
-made my heart healthier by mass consumption of coffee (lie)

I will not:
-tolerate sub-par coffee
-tolerate a bunch of f*cking amateurs debating over how coffee has changed their lives! IT HAS RUINED MINE! MY BRAIN IS GROWING IN MY STUNTED SKULL!

I have to be in bed by 10 and my WEGA has just reached optimum extraction pressures. Time to go dial in the perfect grind of my newest multi-regional espresso roast varietal.

I'd like to end with a law by none other than the famous Murphy
Here is an excerpt from Murphy's own...

One must drink thy coffee b'fore 1 hour b'for thee time of bed or else thy may lay awake in bed and get no sleep- waking up being a total f*cka$$ that fights on blogs over the myriad benefits of coffee. If it can, it will.

I like working for them and I like most of their coffee. The espresso roast pulls a good shot.

Good coffee is good coffee- no matter where you drink it.

I don't know who the anonymous asshole is...No, not Legg- the other asshole. :D
