Places/times for this weekend.

I will be racing the Single speed category at the Tranquility Tire Tantrum this Saturday. Hopefully I will not die. This will be my 3rd off-road ride in 6 months and I forgot how easy it is to start running into trees when you're tired, but still riding. I like trees and all, I just don't want to have any high-speed hugging sessions with them during the race.

On Sunday, for the Corporate Cycling Challenge, I say us guys who are going to attempt an up-tempo ride should meet near the front of the pack before the start. All the usual suspects will be there including Shim, uh... other fast guys... yeah. I can't think of who else will attend right off hand, but you will probably see some familiar faces if you are within the top 50 people at the line-up. Which I highly recommend. Otherwise, if you start at the back, it'll be a half hour before you actually get out of downtown. Either that or you'll be crashed. Or both. So see ya'll at the line for some pain train fun!

I'll see you at the MTB race, Mike. I'm bringing the Jacket and some beer. Or at least the Jacket.

Sweet. Hopefully the Jacket will have fun. If not, beer might be required. For you, not him.

If you do have beer feel free to provide me with a malted hand up anytime after the third lap. As for Muni, let see how Saturday goes before we commit to any hard efforts on Saturday (or not).

I meant Sunday.

Shim, I do agree. I will not have as many laps as you, so I'll be better off. But I'm still expecting to be pretty beat up for Sunday's event. We'll just play it by ear.

I recently bought a frame/fork w/headset on and am wanting to swap components from one bike to another. Question pay the 250 from the shop or are any of you competent mechanics wanting some cash?

Mike... did you leave your helmet at the race. There was a Bell Sweep laying around when we cleaned up. I remember somebody setting it down when I was talking to you or josh. It had some black non-fingered gloves in it also.

See you at the start line. "Pain train"... what have I gotten myself into?

Drop me an email if that helmet is yours.

Mike - what time are you riding in? Do you want to meet at Starbucks at 63rd and Center at 7:15?

Brady, also leaving this message to say yes, 7:15 at Charbucks sounds good. See you then.

Bob, that's not my helmet. Hope the person who it belongs to contacts you.
