At about 9:30 or so, I fall asleep watching whatever Netflix stream is happening. At 10:30, I wake up and go to bed, where I find the missus sitting up with some flood lights going so she can get a real good look at today's Sudoku puzzle. I fall asleep to the brilliance of a million candles while Jill looks for that '3' that will pull it all together. Then I golf on weekends. So yeah, Bob nailed it.
I just realized the funniest thing about Munson's comment. My post clearly states the ride starts at 4:45. Munson's brain only works in 15 minute late intervals. He calls it "a 4:30 ride." Awesome.
Fred, are you really riding in the morning? If so, I may join you. And yes, we could ride to Louisville before work. I wouldn't fret too much, as I'd have to only be fresh enough to drop Shim and the Real Wes J over the lunch hour.
Yes - I generally leave at 4:45. 4:50 if I've been getting a lot of wholesome steel cut goodness (keeps me regular). I usually meander my way downtown, then ride 10th south to about Chandler-ish, depending on how much time I have. I then turn around and meander my way back home, targeting 6:15 as arrival time. It turns out to be about 20 miles or so. Surely it would be faster if you came along. As far as dropping those 2 fellas, remember also that tomorrow is easy friday.
Oh yeah - it's dark. That's why I got me wonna them front white flashy lights and a back red flashy light. I generally go down hills pretty cautiously (the few cars out don't expect me) until it brightens up a bit. I try to go fast on the uphill parts, though. So yeah - if you decide to go next week some time, let me know in case I've taken up some other hobby by then. I just never know what's coming next.

Or non-rainy days Monday through Friday.
Thanks Bob, for the explanation.
Looking at it now, it makes perfect sense.
And geez Fred, do you go to bed at 9pm? That'd be my bedtime for a 4:30am ride.

Holy crap, that was totally subconscious too.

Can't go tomorrow. Maybe next week.
Also, isn't it dark at 04:45? Might need to borrow one of Jill's million candle-power lights & a 20 mile extension cord.
