I'm gonna get my ass kicked on this ride. Today's shop ride was far more strenuous than planned. My legs had no zip whatsoever. And we were gone for 3.5 hours.
you won't get killed. I don't feel like going hard at all.
That's a relief of some sort. How about a nice quick-paced ride then? Not hammer-fast, but not toddling along? Good? Yes, it's good.
