    I'm riding my 28C tired Lemond on whatever surface is chosen. My "cross" bike is too heavy to lug up and down hills.

    6:30 is pretty dark still. However, if the beginning route is the Keystone, we should be fine. Plus I have blinkies and a good headlight.
